Barnisan is an independent software company based in the United States. We're a small studio by design: a handful of titles in development at once, each built with care and maintained for the long run.
We make games for Apple platforms. We come at it from years on the creator side of streaming, which is where the interest in things people play together came from.
What we're making
Everything is designed and developed in-house, from first sketch to release.
Governor: Free Republic
A real-time naval strategy game. Found settlements on the islands, raise a fleet in their shipyards, and sink the raiders that come for your ports, for as long as your term holds.
YapOff
A pass-the-phone party word game. Two to eight players, one device, no internet, built to be played round a table.
Pale Blue Pebble
A tiny-planet terraforming game. Land on a rock barely wider than your shadow, plant it green, and see how big you can grow it before your air runs out.
